Moti Bagh Stadium

The Moti Bagh Stadium is a part of the palace ground of the Laxshmi Villas Palace. The palace as well as the stadium was owned previously by the former rulers of Baroda as well by the patrons of the Baroda Cricket that were known as the Gaekwad. The first One Day International match was played in this ground on 09th of November, in the year 1983 between West Indies and India, in which the team West Indies beat India by 4 wickets.
